Financial Controller (Reputed Restaurant Chain) (70 – 90K)

Responsibilities
Report directly to the Chairman;
Responsible for the overall finance and accounting functions, including the monthly consolidated and management accounts of group of companies;
Develop financial strategy in alignment of business direction and help the business departments to drive the result and meet the overall targets;
Also work closely with the China accounting team and support on the project development and execution of business strategies;
Overseas finance and accounting operation, statutory reporting, ensure timely preparation of all financial information, credit control, taxation and budgeting processes of the PRC operation;
Drive and improve efficiencies and reduce costs across the business;
Manage cashflow and investment portfolio;
Maintain effective interfaces with external parties including auditors, lawyers, government authorities, banks, and regulators such as SEHK and SFC

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting / Finance or related disciplines;
At least 10 years all-rounded Finance & Accounting experiences in which over 4 years at managerial level in HK & PRCF&B field;
Accounting background with HK listed companies’ experiences is a MUST;
Familiar with PRC accounting practice, tax regulations;
Detail-oriented, strong analytical and strategic mindset, and proactive with strong business acumen;
Excellent communication and business partnership skills;
Good command in written Chinese and English;
Immediate available is highly preferred;
