CFO / Financial Controller (Salary Negotiable )

In order to cope with their continuous expansion, they are looking for experienced, passionate, high integrity and smart professionals to join their team.

Responsibilities
Report to senior management team.
Lead and manage the Finance team, in charge of the reporting, cost control, treasury, budget and forecast functions
Engage and drive fund-raising activities via debt-financing and / or IPO, acting as the key contact point to financial institutions and investment communities
Provide insights to the cashflow position, and credit line management strategies for potential investment and / or project opportunities
Partner with directors, formulate and execute business development strategies
Identify internal control deficiencies and provide recommendation to improve operational excellence
Liaise and work closely with bankers, external auditors, financial advisors, lawyers, and tax representatives

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting / Finance or related disciplines.
Qualified Accountant with combination of over 10 years external audit and in-house accounting experiences, with hand-on experiences in cashflow management and cost control
Good knowledge in listing rule with IPO experience is preferrable but not a must.
Detail-oriented, strong analytical and strategic mindset, and proactive with strong business acumen.
Excellent communication and business partnership skills.
Good command in written Chinese and English.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as FC.
